Solution Provider Assesment Process - An excerpt

• Understand the scope of the assessment
• Identify the Solution Provider (SP) evaluation criteria along with the client
• Sign-off the SP evaluation criteria
• Customize questionnaire based on assessment scope requirement
• Identify a list of vendors fitting the criteria based on all available information
• Validate the information by conducting interviews, taking presentations, site visits as per Credibility Assessment Technique (CAT)
• Make the SP evaluation report for each SP and provide to client
• Consolidate all inputs for all SP’s and do a comparison
• Provide the consolidated report to client along with recommendation
• If required, organize site visits of the client to SP sites
