Therefore, you must not be a minor, i.e., you must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to use our services. As a neutral facilitator, We are not directly involved in the actual transactions between users of the Site. As a result, indianITsolutions.com has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by users. Because verifying the identity of a user on the Internet is difficult, We cannot and do not confirm the identity of users. We also do not confirm nor verify the qualifications, background, or abilities of users. Therefore, We recommend that You be careful and exercise common sense and good judgment when dealing with any User on the Site. Because We assist solution providers in finding buyers in need of solutions, We are considered the official finder for each requirement / project accepted through the site and its associated buyer.

The Services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated members. It is also understood that any individual accepting this agreement warrants or represents that he or she is authorized to accept it on his behalf and on behalf of the company or firm applying for membership
YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MERCHANTS, ADVERTISERS, AND USERS
Your correspondence with merchants, advertisers, or users on the Site, including the development and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such merchant, advertiser, or user. You agree not to hold indianITsolutions.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such merchants, advertisers, or users on the Site. indianITsolutions.com may make available to users on the Site various services provided by third parties which verify a User's identity or credentials. Use of the services provided by Verification Service Providers in the Professional Marketplace is voluntary.
"Your Information" includes any information you type/pass on when registering with us, or to others during negotiation or the trading process, in any public message area or through any E-mail feature. You are solely responsible for the information you forward. We merely act as an intermediary for the online distribution and publication of your information. We are, however, entitled to take whatever action we deem fit and proper with respect to your information as might be necessary or appropriate, if we at any point of time believe that it could create liabilities for us, our ISPs, or any of our other members.
MEMBER OBLIGATION
When you register with us, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or firm or company as required/prompted by the Registration Form.
If we, at IndianITsolutions.com at any stage detect any false information submitted by you, we have the sole discretion to suspend or terminate your registration/membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).

b. will not infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

d. will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.

RIGHTS YOU GIVE US
You grant to us the non-exclusive worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty- free right (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display (in whole or in part) Your information, and / or to incorporate your information in other works in any form, media or technology now popular or later developed and used.
TRANSACTION DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute with one or more users you shall not hold us our agents, or employees responsible for any claims, demands and damages of any sort. Both trading parties submit to the jurisdiction of New Delhi India and further agree that any cause of action arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in Delhi courts in the Indian Territory.
SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You hereby agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of IndianITsolutions.com or any other trade transaction being conducted on our site. You may/will not take any action, which imposes an undue or disproportionate large load on our infrastructure.
TERMINATION
You hereby agree that IndianITsolutions.com at its sole discretion could terminate your User name, password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the service if it deems necessary. It could also remove and discard any or all of your information within the service for any reason. IndianITsolutions.com may also, by way of its sole discretionary, powers discontinue providing the service or any part thereof, with or without a prior information/notice. Further, you agree that IndianITsolutions.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
BREACH
If you breach this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, any of your current listings, and any other information you might have placed on the site.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WARRANTIES
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IndianITsolutions.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. IndianITsolutions.com makes no warranty that -
1) the service will meet your requirements;
2) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free;
3) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service, including results or information provided by third-party sources, will be accurate or reliable; and
4) the quality of any products, services, information, or, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.

• statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold IndianITsolutions.com and our/their subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand (including legal expenses of other professionals) made by you or a third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your information or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL
Once you have accepted this agreement, your completed Registration Form shall be submitted to indianITsolutions.com. It is at the sole discretion of indianITsolutions.com to refuse its services to any one, firm or company at any time. We, at IndianITsolutions.com, while approving your membership, make no assertions regarding one member or another.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
indianITsolutions.com charges a subscription fees to the solution providers. To become a member, registration can be done by filling in the Registration Form. We may, however, at our discretion, change our fee policies for our services and such changes will be applicable immediately with effect from the time when we post them onto the website.
The Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and IndianITsolutions.com and governs your use of the Service, superceding any prior written or oral Agreements between you and indianITsolutions.com. The Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Delhi/Indian Territory. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforce
